How are your courses conducted?
We offer mainly 3 modes of learning: Face-to-Face, Live Stream, and E-Learning. Face-to-Face courses are physical training conducted at Holiday Inn Orchard City Centre, Live Stream courses are online training conducted via Zoom, and E-Learning courses are pre-recorded training that you can learn at your own convenience.
How long are your courses?
Our courses range from one to four days. The course duration is stated on the individual course page listing.
Do you have assignments or assessments?
Most of our courses do not have any assignments or assessments. Some “Professional Certification” courses may include assignments or assessments.
Is there an attendance requirement for Aventis courses?
All learners will be required to meet the minimum attendance requirement of 75%.
What is the requirement for successful completion of a course?
A learner will be deemed to have completed a course when he/she has successfully pass the assessment (if any) and meet the minimum attendance requirement.
What do I receive upon completion of the course?
At the end of the course, you will receive an e-certificate for your attendance and a digital badge which you can showcase on your LinkedIn profile. A Professional Certificate will be awarded for courses with “Professional Certification” in their titles.
How do I sign up for your courses?

What payment methods do you accept?

What are your credit terms?
Our credit terms are 30 days from the date of invoice.
When will I receive the invoice?
The invoice will be automatically sent to the billing contact person’s email address immediately upon successful registration. Kindly check your spam/junk folder if you’ve not received it within the stipulated time frame.

Are there any requirements for your courses?
Each course may have certain requirements or pre-requisites that have to be met. This can be found in the course listing.
Can beginners join your course?
All our soft skill courses are suitable for working professionals from all levels. Our technical courses may have certain requirements which will be reflected in the course title and listing.
What measures are taken to ensure my safety during COVID-19?
At Aventis, your safety and learning experience are our top priorities.
- All visitors must check-in via Safe Entry before entering the training venue
- There will be temperature taking for all visitors
- Masks should always be worn during the training except when eating or drinking
- Safe distancing is to be observed at all times
- Seating arrangement with social distancing of 1 metre for chairs and 2 metres for tables
- Ala-carte buffet lunch with individual plated food and cutleries will be provided
- Hand sanitisers are readily available at the training venue

You can contact us to transfer your registration to another session or course.
What are your cancellation and refund policies?
For any withdrawals or cancellation, participants will be subjected to the following charges:

Replacements from the same company are allowed. Aventis Learning Group must be notified at least 1 working day prior to the course. Aventis Learning Group reserves the right to change or cancel the course due to unforeseen circumstances. A full refund of the course fee will be made to you.
