ITIL® Intermediate SS Certification Training
This ITIL Intermediate SS training will give you the expertise to implement the principles and processes in IT service management. This self-paced E learning course is done in partnership with SimpliLearn. It consists of a few videos that will take approximately 11 hours in total to finish the course. Upon successful completion of the ITIL SS online course, you will receive a completion certificate from SimpliLearn and Aventis that will be able to enhance your portfolio.

For the ITIL Intermediate Service Strategy certification, a candidate must have a minimum of 21 hours of instruction with an accredited training organization or an accredited e-learning solution and an ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management. Basic IT proficiency and two years of IT experience are highly desirable.
