ITIL® Intermediate PPO Certification Training
The purpose of this ITIL PPO Certification Training course is to impart, test, and validate your knowledge of industry practices in service management, as documented in the ITIL Service Lifecycle core publications. Upon completion, you’ll know how to apply PPO practices to the service management lifecycle in areas such as capacity management.
This self-paced E learning course is done in partnership with SimpliLearn. It consists of a few videos that will take approximately 6.5 hours in total to finish the course. Upon successful completion of the ITIL Intermediate PPOonline course, you will receive a completion certificate from SimpliLearn and Aventis that will be able to enhance our portfolio.
ITIL Intermediate PPO Certification is beneficial for many professionals in IT, as well as business managers and business process owners. This training is useful for IT professionals, operational staff, information security managers, demand managers, continuity managers, and individuals seeking progress towards the ITIL Master’s Certificate in IT Service Management (for which the ITIL Expert qualification is a prerequisite).
To be eligible for the examination leading to the ITIL Intermediate PPO Certificate, you must complete at least 28 contact hours (hours of instruction, excluding breaks) for this syllabus with an accredited training organization (ATO) or an accredited e-learning solution, as part of a formal, approved training course or scheme. You need to hold an ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT service management. In addition, you also need two to four years of professional experience working in IT service management is highly desirable. It is also recommended that you complete a minimum of 12 hours of personal study by reviewing the course content.
