The course "The Art of Profiling – Theories of Personality', provides learners with a deep understanding of its nature, significance, and influence on various aspects of life. By delving into prominent theories and practical applications, participants will gain valuable insights into the intricacies of personality and its implications for personal and professional development.

Learners will familiarize themselves with a variety of personality theories, and how they can be applied to one’s personal and professional lives. The course will also discuss popular personality tests such as the “BIG-5”, “Myers-Briggs”, and the “DISC Profile”. Most important, learners will discuss the relevance of personality at the workplace but discussing how personality influences the way employees think, feel, and behave. 

This workshop will equip participants to:
