This program equips participants with essential knowledge of various disabilities and the etiquette required to interact effectively with PwDs. He provides counseling services at Mind Culture, where he also manages business development and offers workshops for business leaders. With years of experience in multi-government agency collaborations and consultative work for startups and multinational corporations, Thomas applies his diverse expertise to enhance talent management, workplace safety, and employee welfare. Dedicated to continuous improvement, Thomas is passionate about refining strategies and techniques that empower clients to reach their fullest potential.

Holding a Master of Counselling and a Graduate Certificate in Counselling from Monash University, she is skilled in advanced communication techniques, active listening, and fostering both personal and professional growth. Her extensive experience as a Corporate Communication and Media Specialist allows her to design and deliver impactful training programs tailored to diverse audiences.

Beyond her professional qualifications, Sharanjit’s personal journey enriches her approach. As a mother of three and a dedicated child bereavement support volunteer, she brings empathy, patience, and a deep understanding of human dynamics to her work.
