Darren Tjan is a consultant, trainer and learning designer with over 20 years of experience working with individuals and organisations in the areas of learning, technology and performance.

Generative AI has profoundly transformed the way we work and Darren has been using GenAI as part of his work process since 2021 with the advent of GPT-3. After ChatGPT (aka GPT-3.5) was launched in November 2022, Darren created and launched the World’s First Full-Day In-Person Paid Public Course on Using Generative AI in Designing Learning to allow instructional designers and learning facilitators better integrate the use of GenAI into their workflows. 

He currently helps organisations integrate GenAI into their work processes in a systematic manner and aids them in upskilling their people to better use GenAI as part of their workflows.
