Trainer - Mr. Leonardo Talpo

Leonardo is an energetic training facilitator, lecturer and public speaker. He also works part-time in his Private Practice as Personal Coach and Relationships/Marriage Counsellor. His gentle sense of humor, together with his relaxed and confident style can be of real inspiration to his clients and audiences. Leonardo teaches a series of own designed Soft-skills courses that help Corporates to develop courageous and truly motivated employees through a journey to authentic leadership. He brings to his clients his creativity and experience, together with the life lessons gained through his own life challenges and his several studies in human development. By combining his own knowledge in psychology, counselling, NLP coaching techniques and his long term business experience in the corporate and educational world, Leonardo has the capacity to help people as business executives and educators to create solutions to today’s challenges of retention, recruitment, managing, supervising, self-confidence, presentation skills, stress, relationship issues, managing and mediating situations of challenging confrontations and more serious conflicts and emotional burnout.

Leonardo’s passion is to promote cultures where individuals thrive to be responsible, accountable, confident, efficient and productive, while taking care of their health and wellbeing, from the inside out with a holistic approach. Leonardo had 15 years of professional experience as a senior executive in a corporate business, following 15 years in the field of Education & Human Development (Counselling, Coaching & Soft-Skills training). Though a native Italian, he has been living in Singapore since 1995, and previously two years in Jakarta, eighteen months in Spain. With many years of combined work experience Leonardo has not only a broad spectrum of expertise and skills, but is also multicultural in thinking and managing since he has been living, working and travelling in 3 Continents, but most of the time in Asia-Pacific. Leonardo is fluent in English and Italian and has a good knowledge of Spanish. He is also father of three already grown-up children.
