Yan Renyi is a seasoned Organisational Development (OD) and HR professional with over 18 years of experience in strategic talent development and workforce transformation across Asia-Pacific, Oceania, and India. He has held leadership roles in both external business consulting and internal corporate environments, working in diverse industries such as technology, logistics, media, and financial services. Renyi's expertise lies in data-driven approaches to talent management, workforce planning, and organisational development. His passion for leveraging data analytics to drive people-centric initiatives is a key focus of his work, enabling organisations to optimise their human capital strategies and create impactful, measurable results.

In his current role heading the Group Organisational Development team at Singapore Power, Renyi brings extensive experience in using data analytics to inform talent management, culture change, and employee engagement initiatives. He has also held senior roles at Ericsson, Shopee, and Prudential, where he led regional programmes focused on data analytics, performance management, and organisational culture. As an Associate Trainer, Renyi delivers insightful modules on Data Analytics, Workforce Competency, and Performance Management, helping leaders and HR professionals utilise data to make informed decisions and drive sustainable growth. Renyi holds an MBA in International Business from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and an Executive Certificate in Business Sustainability Strategy from MIT Sloan School of Management.
