In this 4-Day Executive Certification program, students will be equipped to learn the following:

1. Assess how digital innovation and technologies can disrupt industries by transforming industry value chains, patterns of demand and competitive pressures.
2. Understand how design planning tools and frameworks can be applied in a digital transformation strategy considering organisation and people capabilities.
3. Critically evaluate and recommend current and future practice on digital transformation for specific business environments.
4. Develop key skills in managing projects and delivering client value to support and implement a digital transformation strategy.
5. Develop a strategic innovation plan, including a business model that is thorough, persuasive and viable in terms of design, technology, profitability (or alternative measures of success) and adoption.
