Yan Renyi - Expert in Organisational Development & Workforce Transformation

Yan Renyi is a seasoned Organisational Development (OD) and HR professional with over 18 years of experience in strategic talent development, workforce transformation, and leadership facilitation across Asia-Pacific, Oceania, and India. His career spans both external consulting and internal corporate leadership roles in industries such as technology, logistics, media, and financial services, where he has led key initiatives in talent management, OD, culture, and workforce planning.

A certified SHRM-SCP and IHRP-SP professional, Renyi is passionate about learning and people development. As an adjunct trainer, he delivers modules on Data/Analytics, Innovation, People Management, and Leadership. He holds an MBA in International Business and a First-Class Honours degree in Human Resources from Nanyang Technological University (NTU). Additionally, he is a certified Design Thinking Facilitator and holds an Executive Certificate in Business Sustainability Strategy from MIT Sloan School of Management.
