Based on the principles outlined in the book Creative Leadership, this interactive workshop is designed to empower new and aspiring supervisors to lead with creativity. Participants will delve into the foundations of creative thinking and explore how improvisational theatre principles can be adapted to enhance leadership capabilities. By the end of this energizing and thought-provoking training, you’ll not only understand the essence of creative leadership but also be equipped with the tools to inspire growth, facilitate innovation, and create a culture of collaboration within your team.

This training will stimulate your thinking, recharge your batteries and inspire you to raise your personal leadership bar.

Learning Methodology

This programme uses experiential learning strategies where delegates will spend 70%-80% of the time with hands-on activities (specificially using applied acting and theatre improv methodologies) to enhance learning and sharing. These include small and large group discussions, vocal warm-ups, brainstorming, listening, making presentations and receiving feedback.

• Aspiring and soon-to-be-promoted supervisors.
• Newly appointed team, workgroup, or project leaders.
• Supervisors and managers with less than one year of experience looking to elevate their leadership capabilities.
