Learn how to Facilitate Effective Collaborations with Your Virtual Team Remotely as a People Manager

Understand the Key Challenges of Working with a Virtual Team (And How to Fix them)

Now with telecommuting and setting up virtual teams in organization as a new mode of work for most companies to sustain their business operations, managers inevitably face a new set of challenges. Communication may get muddled now that teams won’t be meeting face to face as often as before; trust and collaboration might suffer as employees are siloed, which may lead to unnecessary conflicts and tension.

Therefore, this program has been specially designed to equip all people managers with critical skills so that they will be able to better manage their team members in different locations, virtually. Proven techniques will be shared throughout the 1.5 hours with a bit of time for Q&A.
