During his tenure with the Singapore Police Force’s Commercial Affairs Department, Paul led high-profile investigations into corporate fraud, money laundering, and cross-border corruption, recovering millions in criminal proceeds. His corporate experience includes spearheading global fraud prevention strategies at Amazon, where he developed innovative risk mitigation frameworks to protect organizational integrity.

Paul is a sought-after educator, delivering modules at the Home Team School of Criminal Investigation and contributing to academic programs at the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS). He holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Cross-Border Business and Finance Law from Singapore Management University (SMU) and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of London.
