Daniel Lee – Leadership Coach, Speaker, and Author

With over 20 years of working in Australia and Singapore, Daniel Lee helps individual become successful leaders by working with, training and coaching participants from different cultures and work backgrounds in a range of skills and mindsets. 

Prior to 2017 before leaving the Corporate world, Daniel has had experiences in public service, manufacturing, professional services, facilities services, and banking and finance, with much of that time spent in Human Resources, and in Learning and Development.

Currently focused on leadership as a speaker, trainer, coach, consultant, and published author, he has run both in-house and public programmes for Accenture, American Express, PPG Industries, Bank of Singapore, Marina Bay Sands, BNP Paribas, DHL, Shiseido, Standard Chartered, Telkom Indonesia, Beam Suntory, Cornerstone, Bollore Logistics, UTAC, Daimler Trucks, Nexia Singapore, and many more.

He strongly believes that it is possible to sustain high performance levels in the team when the leader and team are clear on needed direction, the appropriate learning and development is in place, and the leader works with the team on a daily basis.
