Responsibilities
- Be responsible for your own suite of programme/ portfolio
- Design and execute marketing plan to grow your portfolio
- Responsible for programme growth and development
- Follow up with customer enquiries and provide customized solutions and consultation
Requirements
- Polytechnic Diploma holders / Fresh Degree or the equivalent
- Enjoy customer engagement and communication
- Working experience in training, education, sales, marketing and customer services field will be beneficial
- A keen learner and passionate about life-long learning
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to engage customers at various outreach channels (roadshow, branches, corporate events, call-centre and so on)
