Talent Revolution Masterclass

This Masterclass provides a deep dive into how extended work-life spans are fundamentally reshaping workplace dynamics. Participants will gain practical strategies to leverage multi-generational talent as a competitive advantage. The course challenges outdated thinking on age and generations, focusing on how organizations can design inclusive talent frameworks that support career development across all life stages.

Date and Time: 25, 26, 27 Feb 2026 from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm SGT (Virtual via Zoom)

On Day 1, learners will dive deep into how extended work-life spans are fundamentally reshaping workplace dynamics, creating new opportunities for both employers and employees, with practical strategies to incorporate into meaningful career conversations. Updated tools and insights about generations and longevity will be presented to challenge outdated thinking and focus on busting common myths.

On the next session, learners will learn to understand how organizations can harness diverse age groups' collective wisdom and experiences as a competitive advantage, focusing on practical strategies to blend institutional knowledge with fresh perspectives. This session will include a discussion about the “future of entry-level jobs” and how to reimagine careers in a GenAI era.

On the last session, learner will gain the knowledge of how organizations can design and implement inclusive talent frameworks that support career development across all life stages, while fostering innovation through intergenerational collaboration. This session will include an examination of who is within the career development eco-system and how partnerships can benefit individual workers, employers, and the agencies and organizations that are focused on Singapore’s employment and productivity outcomes.

Lisa Taylor is a sought-after expert, speaker, and columnist on today’s changing world of work. As Founder and CEO of Challenge Factory, Lisa offers invaluable leadership and insights about the Future of Work—with a focus on how talent equity, demographics, and new market dynamics present opportunities to gain strategic workforce and career advantage. 

After receiving her MBA in Strategic Management and Public Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University, Lisa held progressive roles at Deloitte and HewlettPackard. Lisa has been recognized by the Urban Land Institute as one of Canada's Top 100 Women for her work in leadership, employment, and city building. She has also been named as one of Career Professionals of Canada’s Outstanding Career Leader. In 2022, Lisa was named as one of Canada’s Top 100 Women by WXN. 

With a successful career in the corporate sector under her belt, Lisa realized that she wanted to focus full-time on shaping the Future of Work and Canada’s approach to career development. She founded Challenge Factory and the Centre for Career Innovation to make her passion a reality, and quickly got to work helping her clients find creative solutions to today’s most pressing career and workforce challenges. A key part of Lisa’s success is her ability to blend together a variety of disciplines—including scientific inquiry, career and identity theory, and military crisis management—to identify the best pathways through crisis, disruption, and uncertainty. 

Lisa is the co-author of The Talent Revolution: Longevity and the Future of Work, The Canadian Guide to Hiring Veterans, and author of the Career Development and the Future of Work: A Conversation Guide, and the Retain and Gain series of career management playbooks for small businesses, non-profits and charities, and the public sector. Her expertise is widely recognized in The Globe and Mail, The Wall Street Journal, CBC, TVO, and other major outlets. 

Lisa is an Associate Fellow at the National Institute on Ageing, Toronto Metropolitan University, and sits on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Special Operations Forces Regiment Association. 

She is a member of the Canadian Council for Career Development’s Standards and Guidelines stakeholder committee, and a representative for Team Canada with the International Centre for Career Development and Public Policy.
