High-performing professionals achieve lasting success when they truly understand and leverage their unique strengths. In this highly interactive workshop, learners will use insights from their CliftonStrengths 34 Assessment to uncover their signature talents, explore how these strengths shape their performance, and learn how to apply them more intentionally in their daily work.

Through guided reflection, group discussions, and hands-on activities, learners will develop a clear and empowering language to describe their strengths, identify potential blind spots, and discover strategies to collaborate more effectively with others. By learning how to harness their strengths in alignment with team and organisational goals, they will boost motivation, enhance communication, and elevate both personal fulfilment and professional impact.

Course Pre-Requisites

Learners are required to complete and review their CliftonStrengths 34 Assessment Report (included as part of the course fee) prior to the workshop.

Learners will be provided with the assessment link at least 1 week prior to the course.

By the end of this workshop, learners will:

• Analyse their CliftonStrengths results to gain deeper self-awareness of their dominant talents and how these influence their workplace interactions and performance.
• Apply their identified strengths strategically to enhance engagement, motivation, and communication in professional settings.
• Evaluate their personal and professional development by leveraging strengths-based insights to manage growth, capitalise on key strengths, and identify areas for continuous improvement.

Kelly has over 15 years of coaching and counselling experience in the corporate sector as well as in the social services. She has been providing coaching, training for employees and managers of Fortune 500 companies and government organizations. She has coached employees and managers in managing their personal and work challenges.

Using the strength-based approach, she identifies and works with coachees to utilize their strengths, helping them to align themselves to their personal and career goals and achieve the professional success they are aiming for.

In addition, Kelly had been involved in delivering talks and providing training to employees to increase their organization and personal effectiveness. She ran talks and workshops in relation to mental health and well-being. Topics she spoke include: Positive Psychology, Work-Life Balance, Stress Management, and Teamwork etc. Kelly is also an adjunct lecturer in a local polytechnic and she teaches regularly on topics such as Positive Psychology, Coaching Skills, Emotional Intelligence for leaders and HR Professionals. 

Kelly has also been involved in conducting people management training such as Leading & Managing Change to companies who are undergoing changes. She has been called up to provide crisis debriefing and training in crisis situations (such as suicides, sexual assaults, accidents, plane incidents, etc.)

Kelly believes that people are capable of so much more than just surviving. Her passion is supporting others to lead a happy and fulfilling life.
