Participants will gain deep insights into the Change Curve Management Model and experience a guided walkthrough of Kotter’s 8-Step Change Model—a proven framework for driving meaningful and lasting change. By learning to anticipate resistance, foster a sense of urgency, build influential coalitions, and sustain momentum, participants will develop the confidence to navigate complex transitions. The course also introduces practical tools for stakeholder mapping and influence-building, empowering leaders to champion positive, sustainable change that aligns both organizational priorities and employee needs.
