Communication Mastery and Influence

This practitioner-led programme equips change leaders with the skills to influence stakeholders, navigate organisational politics, and sustain adoption of new initiatives. The first day is dedicated to communication mastery, focusing on frameworks such as DISC, rapport-building, and active listening. Participants will also explore practical influence tactics that can be applied in real-world scenarios to strengthen their ability to inspire and align others.

Strategic Mapping and Negotiation

The second day builds on these foundations by introducing mapping frameworks such as CPIG, Interest/Influence, and Prioritisation to analyse stakeholders and their interests. Participants will then develop management plans using RACI and communication frameworks, before advancing into principled negotiation strategies that incorporate BATNA. These concepts are applied through a case study, enabling participants to practise and integrate their learning in a realistic context.
