Leading the New Generation: A Workshop for Leaders on Effectively Managing Gen Z

The current wave of emerging talent belongs to the Gen Z cohort, spanning from 1997 to 2012. Over the next decade, we can anticipate a growing influx of Gen Z individuals joining our workforce.

Learning Methodology

• Interactive Lecture – Understanding is best acquired when learners participate in their own learning. Through discussions, and interactive engagements, learners will be able to follow and relate well to the content.
• Coaching and Reflective Activity – Learning needs to go deep into us for it be relevant and applicable after the sessions. Through the coaching questions and methods, learners will expand their thinking, explore and discover answers that was otherwise hidden, and see possibilities that they have not thought of before.
• Group Discussion and Activity – “2 heads are better than 1”. Having another person’s point of view helps us to expand our thinking, validate our opinions and challenge our position. Each of these helps us get clearer in what we ought to know and how we can do better.
