The Gen Z cohort, born between 1997 and 2012, represents the newest wave of talent entering the workforce. Over the next decade, their presence will significantly shape organizational dynamics. Yet, many leaders express uncertainty about bridging generational gaps, with one senior professional even confessing, "I’m thinking of retiring because I’m unsure how to connect with Gen Z." While this sentiment underscores the challenges, it also opens the door to innovative leadership approaches tailored to this generation.

This workshop seeks to demystify Gen Z's values, aspirations, and behaviors, highlighting how their goals align more closely with previous generations than many assume. Learning Methodology

• Interactive Lecture – Understanding is best acquired when learners participate in their own learning. Through discussions, and interactive engagements, learners will be able to follow and relate well to the content.
• Coaching and Reflective Activity – Learning needs to go deep into us for it be relevant and applicable after the sessions. Through the coaching questions and methods, learners will expand their thinking, explore and discover answers that was otherwise hidden, and see possibilities that they have not thought of before.
• Group Discussion and Activity – “2 heads are better than 1”. Having another person’s point of view helps us to expand our thinking, validate our opinions and challenge our position. Each of these helps us get clearer in what we ought to know and how we can do better.
