This course uses a blended, experiential learning approach grounded in adult learning principles, designed to help participants move from awareness to action within a one-day format. 2. Guided Observation Practice

3. Live Role-Plays & Scenario Simulations

• Participants rotate through roles (mentor, mentee, observer) to practice adaptive response based on observed behaviour. Realistic, time-bound simulations develop practical skill and confidence. (Apply, Demonstrate)

4. Case-Based Learning

5. Reflective Journaling & Group Debriefs

6. Action Planning Workshop
