Performance appraisal is one of the most dreaded processes for managers and employees. There has even been a movement to abolish performance appraisal as 5 companies continues to struggle using traditional performance reviews because they do not know what else to do. This module aims to equip students with effective performance appraisal techniques that will enable them to monitor and improve their organizational performance by using a performance plan that aligns organizational success to key goals and staff development more efficiently.
