Kelly is a Professional Certified Coach (ICF), Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and a Professional Counsellor with over 15 years of combined experience in coaching and counselling. Kelly has worked extensively in the corporate and social service sectors, providing coaching, counselling, and training to individuals and organizations on topics relating to positive psychology, well-being and mental health. Drawing from her vast array of experiences, she has helped professionals positively impacted thousands of professionals across various industries and has helped them achieve greater success & contentment - helping them lead more fulfilling lives. Kelly is also an adjunct lecturer at a Polytechnic and she teaches Coaching Psychology and Coaching Skills to Human Resource professionals and managers.
