Paul also teaches law and investigation modules delivered at the Home Team School of Criminal Investigation, which are part of programs that contribute credits toward degree programs at the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS). Additionally, he has developed and delivered training programs for the private sector, focusing on investigations and compliance.

As a former Senior Officer in the Singapore Police Force’s Commercial Affairs Department, Paul led complex fraud investigations, including e-commerce schemes and money laundering cases, successfully recovering millions in criminal proceeds. He also managed investigations into corporate fraud and misconduct related to financial institutions, further solidifying his expertise in financial crime investigations.
