This one-day, high-intensity workshop takes you through the journey of going from zero to a fully deployed, multi-agent ecosystem using OpenClaw, the open-source AI agent platform that NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang called "the next ChatGPT."

Using the Befinity TACT Framework (Trigger → Agent → Connector → Tool), you will learn to classify, design, and deploy three distinct types of AI agents—Knowledge, Action, and Decision—and wire them into increasingly sophisticated workflow architectures: from simple Linear workflows, to self-improving Reinforcing Loops, to full-blown autonomous Ecosystems.

By the end of the day, you won't just understand AI agents. You'll have built one that runs on your own machine, talks through your messaging apps, and executes real-world tasks while you sleep.

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

1. Install and configure OpenClaw on your local machine and connect it to a messaging platform (Telegram/Slack/WhatsApp).
2. Classify business problems into Knowledge, Action, or Decision agent categories using the Befinity agent taxonomy.
3. Build a Knowledge Agent that ingests your proprietary documents and answers questions with source-grounded accuracy.
4. Build an Action Agent with custom Skills that automates repetitive tasks like email triage, file management, and web scraping.
5. Build a Decision Agent that applies structured reasoning frameworks (Chain-of-Thought, RCI) to evaluate business scenarios.
6. Design workflows at three levels of complexity: Linear, Reinforcing Loop, and Ecosystem.
7. Apply the TACT Framework to decompose any business process into automatable agent workflows.
8. Understand NemoClaw and NVIDIA's enterprise security layer for deploying agents safely in production.
9. Deploy a multi-agent ecosystem where Knowledge, Action, and Decision agents collaborate autonomously to solve a real business problem.
