His journey began in 1990 as an IT Instructor, teaching at prominent institutions such as Tanjong Katong Girls' School and Anderson Secondary School, where he imparted foundational IT and internet skills. Over the years, Peter’s career evolved, and he held key roles in Systems Administration, Programming, Systems Architecture, IT Project Management, and Chief Technology Officer, sharpening his technical expertise.

Peter holds multiple certifications, including Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Cloud Practitioner from AWS, and Certified Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft. With a deep understanding of cloud computing and agile methodologies, Peter is also an Accredited Training Provider (WSQ ACTA) and an adjunct faculty member at Ngee Ann Polytechnic. As a developer, Peter has contributed to projects for major corporations such as ST Engineering, Fancl, Olam, and Heinz, among others, and has conducted training across various programming languages like C#, Java, Swift, and cloud technologies.
