Responsibilities:
We are working on exciting new AI Powered SaaS (Software As a Service) in HRTech and EduTech. The ideal candidate will be passionate about artificial intelligence and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field.
You will be part of an exciting innovation team to envision, design, develop and test these new products and services. As a AI developer on the team, your job will include
- Exploring and visualizing data to gain an understanding of it, then identifying differences in data distribution that could affect performance when deploying the model in the real world
- Verifying data quality, and/or ensuring it via data cleaning
- Defining validation strategies, pre-processing or feature engineering to be done on a given dataset
- Training models and tuning their hyperparameters
- Analyzing errors of the model and designing strategies post deployment to overcome them<
Requirements:
- Comfortable in diagnosing and solving technical problems with a resourceful, critical thinking attitude
- Proficiency with a deep learning framework such as TensorFlow or Keras
- Proficiency with Python and basic libraries for machine learning such as scikit-learn and pandas
- Proficiency with a machine and deep learning frameworks
- Strong initiative and ownership in his/her work, while striving for continual excellence
