Effective Counselling Techniques (E-Learning)

This course equips participants with the essential knowledge and practical skills to deliver effective counselling in diverse settings. Participants will explore core counselling documentation practices in Singapore, learn to apply questioning and intervention strategies ethically, and develop competencies to manage crises. Case discussions and applied frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-Centred Therapy (PCT), and Systems Theory for group counselling will allow learners to integrate theory with practice, fostering both professional competence and reflective practice
