Aventis Learning Group (ALG) Course Registration Policy

Registration and Payment
A place will be reserved for you upon receiving your registration form. A course confirmation email will be sent to you one week prior to the course date.

Invoicing and Payment

The invoice will be sent to the email listed as HR/Finance Email in the registration form. Payments are to be made in Singapore Dollars (SGD) before the course date. For special arrangements and requests for a longer credit term, please contact us at training.aventis@gmail.com.

Withdrawals, Cancellations, and No-Shows
For withdrawals, cancellations, and no-shows, participants will be subjected to the following charges:

Replacements from the same company are encouraged and Aventis Learning Group should be notified of any replacements at least one working day prior to the course date.

Course Cancellation
Aventis Learning Group reserves the right to change or cancel the course due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a course cancellation on our part, a full refund will be made.
