In response to the ongoing Covid-19 outbreak and the latest measures introduced by the Ministry of Health, we would like to reassure our clients, workshop attendees, and trainers that courses at Aventis will continue as scheduled. Your health and welfare are of utmost priority for us and we have put in place precautionary measures to safeguard our workshop attendees, trainers, and staff.

1) Safe Distancing and Resources Provided

Classrooms are restructured to follow safe distancing. All group and cluster seating will be converted to an individual table setting, with at least one metre in between. Trainers are advised not to shake hands with and minimise contact with the workshop attendees.

Face masks are available upon request from the reception area.

Hand sanitizers are available at the registration, reception, and pantry areas.

2) Mandatory Temperature Checks and Travel Declaration

All visitors are subjected to temperature checks at our premise. Workshop attendees will be sent back home if they have any of the following:

  • Fever (37.5°C or more)
  • Flu/Respiratory symptoms (sore throat, cough, shortness of breath, etc.)
  • Travelled in the past 14 days

Workshop attendees who are sent home will have their training date rescheduled to the next date.

3) Regular Cleaning & Disinfection of Training Premises

Disinfection of surface areas with high human traffic will be implemented regularly to ensure the well-being of our visitors. This includes tables, whiteboards, pantry area, door handles, etc.

4) Refreshments and Lunch

We’ve replaced our buffet spread for refreshments and lunch with individually packed bento sets. This ensures that food is not shared and does not come into contact with others. Seating area at the pantry will also follow the social distancing measure.

5) Alternate Training Options

We also offer other modes of training including e-learning and LIVE Streaming. To find out more, do check out our YouTube video above.

Conclusion

Thank you for your continuous support, cooperation and kind understanding.

Let’s work together to keep everyone safe and healthy!
