SQL Fundamentals for Beginners

This one-day SQL course aims to equip you with the practical skills required to use SQL for querying data using a variety of language options. You will learn how to communicate with relational databases through SQL and how to manipulate data and build queries that communicate with more than one table.

Zaid Ismail is an independent IT trainer and consultant. He has been in the IT training industry for more than 20 years. He is both a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) and an ACTA-certified instructor who has conducted many NICF courses. As a MCT, Zaid conducts systems courses using Microsoft Official Curriculum covering Microsoft SQL Server database administration and SQL scripting. He also specialises in advanced level training in Microsoft Excel and Access, involving the use of VBA as an Office automation tool. Earlier in his IT career, Zaid has undertaken the responsibility of Assistant IS Manager in a local training firm and led a group of developers to design and implement in-house training management and enrolment system. These days, where his schedule permits, he provides consultancy in designing and implementing IT solutions for clients.
