Do you constantly feel overwhelmed and stressed out that it is impacting your daily life? In today’s less structured VUCA workplace, our daily dilemma is that dealing with the uncertainty and less clear-cut environment coupled with different multi-generational work styles. With remote work, juggling family commitments & critical work deadlines, competing and/or changing priorities and an avalanche of information to digest, individuals often feel overwhelmed if not stressed. Sometimes feeling stressed can help us and be a positive thing. That being said, it is possible to learn how to deal with stress, so it becomes more manageable and you feel less overwhelmed by it.

This highly interactive course is people who are feeling stressed and who would like to develop healthy coping strategies to manage symptoms and promote ongoing wellbeing. You will be guided through various tools and techniques to help improve day-to-day management of the symptoms of stress, including relaxation techniques, challenging negative thoughts and assertive communication.
