Frankie Yee is a solutions-oriented professional with a strong academic background and industry experience in identifying and implementing functional process improvement and strategizing projects across all business units and market segments. Skilled at producing pro forma analyses to demonstrate value-creation for proposed product and project prioritization, he is able to value add to the business. Frankie's expertise is to develop and nurture productive relationships with external parties and collaborate cross-functionally in a team environment with key functions to diagnose complex business problems and develop compelling, data-driven resolutions. Over the years from lecturing and adhoc business assignments, he has demonstrated innovative, resourceful, and creative abilities with an unintimidated stance and commitment to unique challenges and an outstanding ability to work under pressure.

Frankie graduated from the Swinburne University of Technology, with a Bachelor degree in Business majoring in Economics. He now holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Birmingham UK, a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing, and in 2000, was awarded the Chartered Marketer status.

Frankie is currently an adjunct lecturer with various institutions in Singapore and a freelance corporate trainer. Over the past 20 years, he has provided key consultancy advice and services in the designing of in-house training programmes to many MNCs such as Nokia, AVIVA Insurance, Cable & Wireless Ltd and British American Tobacco, Far East Organisation and Bossini (Singapore). Concurrently, he has accumulated over 10 years of corporate marketing and managerial experience.

With more than 20 years of teaching experience in the private education industry, Frankie has taught in both postgraduate and undergraduate programmes for various Australian, UK and American universities. He was also actively involved in the development of course materials, as well as continuous assessment materials for the Chartered Institute of Marketing in Singapore and Malaysia.
