This workshop shares about the essential insights and strategies that empower managers to traverse the intricate path of change with grace and efficacy. Upon completion of the course, learners will be able to:

• Explain the 3-steps in Lewin’s Change Model
• Describe the Key Stages individual experiences during Change
• Articulate the helpful learnings when managing and leading their team during a change process.

This is a highly interactive workshop. Participants are expected to complete a number of worksheets to take back and apply immediately after the workshop. Their findings should be shared with their team members so that everyone will move forward as one.

Before the workshop ends, each participant will share his/her helpful hints and what their follow-plan of action will be. Ideally, participants from the same organization will benefit most as their takeaway will apply to their organization’s benefit.

Meet the Industry Expert, & Organizational Change Management Coach: Mike PA Tan

Michael P A Tan (or Mike) has more than 20 years of working experience in Administration, Human Resource Training & Development, and Training Consultancy. He specializes in Personal Enrichment Programs and Organizational Development Courses. Michael’s client list includes Singapore’s SMEs, MNCs, the Singapore Civil Service departments and statutory bodies; the Service and Hospitality Sectors and the Manufacturing Industries from Singapore, ASEAN countries and government officials from Mongolia. All the participants are staff made up of Professionals, Managers, Executives and Technicians (PMETs). He is endorsed for Extended DiSC, Emergenetics Certified Associate, MBTI® Qualified, the Relationship Awareness Theory Instruments, BigFive profile and a number of other licensed personality instruments.
