Growing number of companies in Singapore are adopting automation and artificial intelligence in their operations as Industry 4.0 continues to gather pace, putting increasing pressure on employees to up skill.

Dr Samuel Lee is the founder of Global Education Academy that focuses on empowering organizations across Asia to identify and acquire critical skill sets preparing them for Digital Transformation 4.0. With over 20 years of consultancy experience to date, Dr Samuel Lee has helped and consulted over 500 organizations across Asia in Digital Transformation Strategies, Digital Skills Training, Digital Transformation Blueprinting and Roadmap, Technology Implementation and Workplace Learning and Support. He also serves as the lead consultant for Enterprise Training and Implementation for Digital Skills Accelerator under the WSQ Digital Transformation Framework.
HR Analytics (Ms. Eileen Seah, Organizational Psychologist, The Art of Career Pte Ltd)
Eileen is an Organizational Psychologist with a unique mix of HR and business skills and has personally coached hundreds of professionals in career transition by instilling and inculcating positive psychology throughout each journey. She started her career at the Ministry of Defence as part of campus hire and moved to join a local bank as a Graduate Trainee, prior to leading Customer Service, Operations, Tactical Marketing, Learning & Talent Development teams in Asia for MNCs such as SITA and Thomson Reuters. Eileen enjoys connecting with people. In addition to the MSc, she holds an MBA, a Bachelor of Computer Science degree, a post-graduate diploma in Marketing and is a certified facilitator across different Talent Development programs and tools.
Cyber Attacks Prevention (Mr. Sam Gibbins, Compliance Learning Specialist, Managing Director & Lead Facilitator, Complilearn)
Sam Gibbins is the Founder of Complilearn, providing specialist and advanced Compliance learning to clients globally. He has extensive experience delivering content across a wide range of Governance, Risk, and Compliance areas, to a variety of industry sectors. Sam spent five years in Singapore working for the International Compliance Association, developing, building and promoting courses under the Financial Industry Competency Standards. Sam worked on the skills and competency-based development framework and associated courses, for Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering with the Asian Institute of Finance and the Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers (formerly IBBM), as well as with the Australian Financial Markets Association. In recent years he has helped establish a number of ‘Compliance Academies’ at global firms. Sam completed the Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment with the Institute for Adult Learning, the in-house training division of Singapore Workforce Development Agency. He possesses a BA (Hons) from King’s College, University of London, and a Diploma in Anti-Money Laundering from the International Compliance Association, a Certificate in Combating Financial Crime from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) and is also a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (International) with the Society for Corporate Compliance and Ethics. Sam is a Certified Compliance Professional with, and a member of, the International Academy of Business and Financial Management.

Ivan has held various management roles including Sales and Marketing, Operations and Services in various industries. Using his critical thinking skills, he is able to think reflectively and independently in order to make thoughtful decisions. By focusing on root-cause issues, his critical thinking skills helped organizations avoid impending problems that can result in undesirable consequences. Ivan has completed the Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) with the Singapore Training & Development Association (STADA), the training division of the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA). He is a Certified Behavioural and Career Consultant (CBCC) as well as a Certified Advanced Behavioural Analyst (CABA) with the Institute of Motivational Living (IML), an authorized provider by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET), USA. Ivan is also Certified as The Leadership Challenge Trainer (TLC), a leadership programme using the Leadership Practices Inventory® (LPI), a 360-degree leadership behavior assessment, developed by Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner, USA. He is also a Certified R3 Factor Trainer from Relationship Help Center, USA.
Disruptive Leadership (Ms. Karolina Gwinner, Speaker & Executive Coach, Charismatic Leadership)
Karolina is an expert in leadership development working with corporate and public sector clients in the Asia Pacific region. She focuses on helping leaders overcome fears and uncertainty, enhance their performance and become more influential so that they can bring out the best in themselves and their teams. Karolina developed her expertise while living in five different countries and working for corporations such as Hewlett-Packard in Germany, Merrill Lynch and Bank of New York Mellon in Ireland. Her unique advantage in training is that she brings in her international perspective and successfully adapts it to a local culture and needs of every organisation. Karolina holds a Master’s Degree in International Relations from University of Economics in Poznan, Poland. She completed studies in Innovation, Knowledge Management and Economics Dynamics at the Aalborg University in Denmark. She has trained and coached leaders of top organizations including government agencies, educational institutions, and various companies in the private sector.
